We like the location, the cleanliness of the site and friendly staff.

Aside from the fact that the room faced a busy main road with heavy traffic and a lot of noise, especially when heavy farm vehicles passed by, causing the room to vibrate, everything else was fine. We barely slept.

Looks beautiful outside,receptionist was lovely,took us to our room, bathroom was big with a big shower,the bed was unfortunately to small but very comfy

Had a meal booked for 7pm for 6 people,arrived at 6.45pm was took to our table,gave our order in at around 7pm, starter came out at 8.05pm,I had the scallops at £14.50 i got 3 tiny scallops, we then waited till 9.15pm for our mains i ordered fillet steak, at £43.00 it was cooked to perfection, the chips where anemic and peppercorn was watery, now we went for breakfast as that was included,what a shock your allowed £23 to spend and then you pay extra, fresh orange juice £3.00,cappuccino £3.80, don't like sausage or hash browns so got a full breakfast without them breakfast £15.00, my cappuccino came out within 10 mins my breakfast arrived 45mins later ,i asked for another cappuccino and got charged for going over £23.00, absolutely joke won't go back

The size of the room was great, plenty of space, super dog friendly, loved having a hoover in the from so we could hoover up after our dogs

When the heating came on in made a Loud clicking noise, that did wake us up at 5am

Everything. The location was perfect for us. The staff were friendly and efficient and the bed was really really comfortable. We also ate in the restaurant and can highly recommend it. The scallops were cooked just right so they melted in the mouth. The lamb was so tender and the fish and chips were fresh , not dripping in fat , very light and fluffy and plentiful. Overall a 10/10. We will definitely be returning.

Great Hotel, very helpful staff

No fridge in the room

Outwell is a small town in the Fens. We visited family and this was ideal. The location is OK if your touring and would recommend a stop over here. Good beer and breakfast is served fresh not from a buffet which we really liked.

We prefer a wider bed although the double was comfortable enough.
