Great location, walking distance to beach with guest only entry gate. Loved being on the 16th floor with a balcony. Close to restaurants and stores. Was not told by owner that the pool was closed for repairs. Pillows need to be replaced. Power went out on our last night and was given $31 as a refund. There were 4 lanterns. 2 battery n 2 solar. 1 needed new batteries and 1 solar that needed a plug and did not work at all. Overall was happy with my stay.
Unfortunately we got here when there was a water shortage but other than that the person we worked with was very receptive and got back to me right away
Bad service, lack of water, very limited access to the beach (only from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm). After 7:00 pm a long walk need to be done.
Very clean friendly easy to get to the beach my room had a great view definitely would stay there again.

I loved how easy and convient checking in was. The view, the walking distance and overall access to everything walking distance. Place was clean and had everything we needed!

Great location and right on the beach! Perfect for our first night in San Juan. Easy to get downtown from hotel. The building is older but they are working on fixing it up. It was an affordable and met our needs. All the staff were friendly and helpful!
