Palazzo Rodio

We just left Ostuni after a wonderful stay at Palazzo Rodio, and we really did not want to leave this beautiful place. Despite being just a short walk from the heart of Ostuni's centre and super close to everything, the atmosphere here is so peaceful, you feel like you're in your own private oasis. The beautiful gardens and pool, the spacious rooms, history of the building all contribute to a sense of serenity. It's rare to find a place to stay so close to the old town that also has this space and beautiful outside area, so we were thrilled to see it gets the sun through the afternoon and loved relaxing by the pool. In addition to this, what truly made our stay exceptional were the owners; they were so friendly and attentive, making sure every aspect of our visit was perfect, even upgrading our room when they had availability and hosting Aperativo drinks and food in the early evenings for guests. Palazzo Radio is a truly special place for the authentic Italian experience and I can’t recommend it any higher - we'll definitely be back! .

Beautiful and huge room, fantastic service, Paolo was so lovely and accomodating. Great location, 10 min walk into centre and also great private parking so can explore further. Lovely breakfast.

Loved every minute of our stay! The location is perfect and only a short walk into the old town. Anna Maria and Paolo were extremely helpful and the building is beautiful. The pool was ideal in the heat and the on-site parking is super convenient!

The rooms are huge, and very nicely decorated. The location is perfect for walking around Ostuni. (The photos really do not do this place justice) We came for a wedding, and the groom had tons of photos taken here with the beautiful rooms

Beautifully restored large old house 10 minutes walk from Ostuni centre. We stayed in a large apartment with excellent private terrace. Owners and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Lovely breakfast in relaxed atmosphere. Parking is a major bonus and lovely pool area for relaxing with seating.

No use of pool allowed between 2-4pm If out visiting the local area in the morning it is nice to get in for a swim in the early afternoon.

The owners Paolo & Teresa were most friendly and welcoming, as was Anna Maria. Palazzo Rodio was an historic and centrally located grand home, with a personalised touch, having only four big apartments. The place was so tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean with private, secure parking onsite and the pool was in a beautiful garden setting.

We loved it! Thank you to Teresa and Paolo for the thoughtful glass of wine, water and snacks when we were relaxing near the pool and the departing gift of snacks and cold water for our onward car travel.

Host: perfect. Paulo and his wife are so kind, welcoming and really decent people. They made us feel like home. They made sure we are having a great time. So as Anna Maria who also made sure we have everything we needed. I can not recommend this place more. Location: perfect Pool: perfect. Every afternoon Paulo and his wife Tresa came to pool area and offered is complementary wine or beer with crackers that was so nice of them to drink and chat with them. The place is an art house and even walking around the place and the room feels great and is an experience on its own.

Breakfast could be little better but again it’s nothing I can even consider important as the place and the host is so fantastic that this is not even important. I loved those hand picked organic figs every morning Paulo and his wife Tresa gave us to take to our room. So much of them and so tasty.
