"For one overnight stop it's fine. For longer stay, there are more comfortable places in George."

Responsive staff, green garden, central location. It was just an overnight stop: in at night, out in the morning.

The room smellt "antique" / stuffy. The guest house is right next to a nursery and it was very noisiy at 7am with children being children.
