The Luxury Collection, Monaco Blu

Absolutely WOW!! The place is beautiful but the attention to details from the staff here made this stay 5*. Everything was top tier and we could not have been happier. I have already referred the place to friends who plan to visit Bali later this year. The receptionist Tia Was AMAZING! She and the staff made several wonderful restaurant recommendations. Each was delicious with an incredible ambiance. They also recommended great spas in the area as well as places to shop. I requested several personalized events in celebration of my 60th birthday including a chef provided by the villa, a floating breakfast and the flower filled pool. All of which were accommodated and beautifully executed!! I wish I could remember every name, from the chef, to the housekeepers, to the person who delivered our breakfast every morning, good, hot and exactly what we ordered at the time we requested it. They were all AMAZING!! Kudos to Monaco Blu!! You are WELL represented by your staff. I can not say enough good things about them!

Loved everything about it!!!

Loved the villa style, with private pool. Rooms were comfortable.

Lots of marks on the walls (there is a material part to the wall, someone has spilt some kind of liquid on it - making the room feel dirty) it seems it would need to be steam cleaned or the material replaced to actually make it look good again. Mould on the curtains, and on the pool chair cushions. The couch inside was absolutely disgusting, I just refused to sit on it. There was a consistent squealing noise in the pool area, we asked staff what it was (it was loud enough to disturb you relaxing by the pool) they said they think it was the pool pump. But nothing was done about it during our stay. The pool also felt dirty. It felt like it needed a vacuum. Breakfast was ok as long as you don’t order anything hot, the cooked breakfast was not edible. I would strongly suggest just ordering continental (toast, cereal or the pancakes were ok).

The sliding doors needed some fixing.

Breakfast not good ,room door not working properly We complained about that, main door key also not working properly, we paid too much money, same rate we can get 5 star accommodations , Look photos was very good that is why we choose this villa, not meet our expectations this villa
