"A little piece of luxury in amidst the hussle bustle of seminyak"

The staff were friendly and very helpful with all manner of enquiry The location of the villa gave us peace and quiet when we needed it. We enjoyed having our own private pool The villa was clean and spacious. Our stay here was very comfortable

It’s exactly as you see it. Private pool (skinny dipping) large comfortable rooms and bathrooms, lovely staff Large dining and lounge area. Food ordered from nearby restaurants and delivered to your room

We used it as a transfer stay and the location requires time and patience to access road to the airport.

"Enjoyed it but the location is not ideal."

Quiet and private.

Location. It is north of Seminyak, closer to Canggu. The beach is a 10 minute walk which is no problem but getting to and from the villa by car is a nightmare. Traffic is awful from 8.30am onwards. One night it took us over an hour and 20 minutes to get to a restaurant in Seminyak (estimated to be 22 mins via Waze) and over an hour back. Same getting to Sanur or anywhere really. This is entirely due to the gridlock on Jalun Batubelig where the villas are located. Great property and wonderful staff, just be prepared for extra travelling time compared to places more central to Seminyak.
