Air conditioning was very sub--par

Great stay. Lovely room. Wish the curtains were blackout--it was bright very early (I'll bring a sleeping mask next time). Great location, excellent condition, very clean. Perfect for a short stay in Haifa!

Quiet! Clean! Lovely location. Very nice snd exceeded expectations.

Lots of public transportation nearby. Also lots 24 hour grocery underneath the building. Many stores and restaurants on the same street. There is a bigger shopping area around 10-to-15-minute walk. There are single rooms and suites available. we had a nice size room. very comfortable bed and the heating worked well. Great shower. Couch and coffee table, frig with very tiny freezer. Hot water kettle, packets of tea and coffee, glasses, cups, plates and silverware. Our room faced the street and when the window was closed, we hardly heard the noise. Good Wi-Fi. The rooms are all 1 flight up, no elevator. 2 flights up is a partially enclosed balcony with a nespresso machine. Overall, we were very pleased. Parking on be a bit difficult as it is an alleyway and you may have to pull your car out if someone in front of you needs to pull out, but there is one space next to alley that is fine if it is available. There is also parking on the streets, but most of them are painted blue and white which means you have to pay. We had to pay an additional 50 nis cleaning fee. The room and bathroom were spotless except for one minor glitch. Under the bed were a few balloons and a bit of dust. It didn’t bother us but it should have been cleaned out before we came. We absolutely loved this apartment, there was a lot of restaurants nearby as well as vegetable and shopping markets. Parking was limited so we left the car and used Gett. The host was very helpful and communication was easy. We would stay there again! Also I wanted to get a haircut, and the salon right next-door was very reasonable and they did a super job.

The cleanest place, a pleasure. You should take the room facing the sea. Slightly expensive.
