Nuit très convenable, pas de bruit, chambre propre. Nous sommes arrivés a 23h et avons du appeler pour avoir notre numéro de réservation afin d'accéder a notre chambre (numéro et code d'accès).

Je suis terriblement déçu par la direction de cet hôtel qui m’a écrit un mot manuscrit en me disant que j’avais laissé la chambre dans un état inacceptable seulement pour des serviettes sales au sol. Je ne reviendrai plus jamais dans un ibis budget. Merci de faire remonter l’information Vous trouverez ci joint le courrier qu’on m’a fait.
