"It did not happen"

No one was there when my workers went to check in. Waited for 10 minutes. Rang the phone number but there was no answer. They had to stay at another property. I expect a refund.

Convenient position but car parking was in an exposed, insecure area. Rather dated and rundown property but did have a good communal kitchen. Seen better days!
