Lara am Empfang hat uns unfassbar nett begrüßt und ein wirklich reibungslos Hotel Erlebnis beschert. Wir hatten leider unseren Autoschlüssel liegen lassen, aber er wurde vom Personal sichergestellt und unserem nächsten Tag überreicht. Vielen Dank noch mal dafür.

"Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis"

Für eine Kurzreise direkt am Bahnhof von Erfurt, mit schalldichten Fenstern und einer Klimaanlage und Bodenheizung im Bad war das Zimmer sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Das Zimmer war abgewohnt. Der Schreibtisch aus Holz abgeplatzt und Flecken auf dem Fußboden. Der Stuhl aus Holz ist kalt.
