Villa Uma Nina by Nakula

The grounds of the property are very beautiful and generous, the pool is large and there is a good lawn for games. The TV/games room is also well equipped. The villa itself is well laid out so long as you don't mind 2 of the 6 bedrooms being in an annexe and all rooms have good views, especially the upstairs ones (the property is on top of a hill with a mostly unobstructed view).

This property was severely let down by its levels of service. I know we visited during Nyepi, but we were promised before arrival that there would be staff but we then had to negotiate on the day to make it happen and prevent them from disappearing after breakfast. The following day there was only one staff member who left around 2pm. Bedrooms were not cleaned every day and when we tried to use the BBQ, despite giving a day's notice, there was no gas cylinder provided so that didn't happen. The owner ought to appoint a different manager as the property itself is fine, just let down by the service.

Had a great experience at Uma Nina and what a friendly staff that blend with a stunning view, big garden area, and away from the noisy. this is the real Bali should be.
