Carpets are threadbare. Furniture is stained. Walls are dirty and paint chipped. Pans in kitchen were dirty. Cleaning products including bleach had been left at top of stairs. No curtains in bedrooms just light blinds so sleep poor. Back yard full of rubbish and back gate blew open and shut. Walls to neighbours paper thin. Shower very poor. I would not recommend.

Plenty of inside space with lots of bedrooms. Fantastic shower

The distance from the city centre, the oven was filthy, bad smell oven trays and frying pans were covered in old oil and food. We had to clean and scrub everything before use except oven was unusable. Mugs in kitchen were dirty. The living room sofas and rugs were badly stained. Check in time 4pm arrived at 5.30pm and cleaners still cleaning and didn't leave till 6. A £200 deposit was demanded before check in even though was already paid in full. Location was advertised as close to the centre but was a 40minute walk with luggage.

Good sized rooms and comfortable beds. Just what we required for our trip

Could have been cleaner. Lots of bin bags out in the garden and fag buts. Carpet threadbare, and stains on sofa. Lack of mirrors.

Very big clean and comfortable house 10 mins by bus from the centre, quiet area with good free parking available. Rooms were big and facilities great

Location was ideal, great size property.

Cleanliness wasn't great. Amount of rubbish in the backgarden was shocking.

Originally, when we got there it seemed comfortable. The cleaners were there when we arrived.

The house had a smell of curry in it. The bath tub was all moldy around the edges. The walls has mold on them. The carpets were worn through on the stairs. Flooring was all damaged and a potential trip hazard. The bedding and pillows had human body fluid on them and a lot of staining from it. There was a large pile of rubbish in the garden where we spotted a few rats. We were also wrongly accused of breaking a shower door. I have tried to visit the property to prove we didn't. But owner won't let us visit to see the shower. We have photos to prove it wasn't us and they won't give us our deposit back. Big time SCAMMERS, or the cleaners are lying and they broke the shower door.
