I loved how close to the Conference Centre it was. The bed was super comfortable, and shower was great! I loved the coffee machine in the room. A great treat.

"Noisy"

Room furnished OK but the heating was seriously noisy

The noise coming through the room from heating system was unbearable. Giving us ear plugs is never a good sign but they were needed as the heating or similar droned on most of the night and started early again in the morning. Not in the best bit of Harrogate unless you are visiting for the conference centre.

Good location with parking. Very comfortable bed. Easy access system. Good contact from host.

Not a soft close toilet seat, had to remember not to drop it. Another lamp in room be helpful by table.

"An excellent stay!"

I love the keyless entry system, the room being comfortable and clean. The tea/coffee selection was also very good. The parking options on site are excellent, and it is so close to the conference centre.

Overall an excellent stay! The breakfast could be incorporated into the price for single rooms since there are no cooking facilities in single rooms, but I was very happy.

The accommodation was very clean and modern . had everything we needed for our stay. The location was also excellent.

There wasn't anything i didn't like.
