Location, cleanliness (smelt so clean), and the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Close to LaGuardia airport, the front staff was great and parking attendants was the best to me.

The hotel was nice. The room was small but adequate. It was rather loud in the lobby while they had an all day brunch. The room was very clean but had a water leak coming through the shower ceiling.The neighborhood was a little rough but we didn''t have any trouble and they had security.. It was located very near to the subway and only 2 stops from Yankee stadium, that was why we chose it.

They had a lounge at night. Played live music that I enjoyed on the weekend. They offered breakfast each day I stayed. Within walking distance to the dollar store, subway and bodega. Convenient area.

Location is key. Room was very clean with the exception of the pillows

The pillows were dirty and old and not in zipped covers. The clothes steamer almost electrocuted me. You need actual clothes steamers if you are going to have people come stay for business. No ice machine.

This location is close to a subway entrance.

AC is centrally controlled which means you can't adjust to your comfort. Our AC wasn't working and we were told to open the window. It opened just a crack, literally less than 1/2 an inch. There was so much noise from the street below, we didn't sleep well. Neighborhood is questionable.
