From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was warm and welcoming. The hotel is exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, and full of thoughtful touches that make you feel genuinely cared for. My room was comfortable, quiet, and well equipped, with attention to detail that you don’t often find in larger hotels. These are qualities frequently highlighted by other guests as well. One of the biggest advantages is the location. It is close enough to walk to Blackpool’s main attractions and the Winter Gardens, yet far enough away to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. Breakfast was outstanding each morning, with plenty of choice and high-quality ingredients. The service throughout my stay was consistently friendly, professional, and attentive. It is clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining a high standard and making guests feel at home. As someone visiting from New York for the festival, I appreciated having a comfortable and relaxing base after long days of dancing and spectating. The combination of cleanliness, excellent service, great breakfast, and convenient location made this one of the highlights of my trip. Second stay at Raffles - loved it both times. Very comfortable, warm, clean and super welcoming; Janine and Tim are consummate hosts and go out of their way to make everyone have a lovely stay. Lots of extras in the room and bathrooms and bedrooms are spotless. Very cheery decor and in keeping with all the fun of Blackpool and showbusiness! Great location - 5 mins or so on foot to Tower and other key locations. Silent at night and very cosy beds - slept very well!

Wonderful hosts who couldn’t do enough to make you feel welcome. Fantastic value for money including a great English breakfast.

Some intermittent noise from the street, but it did not detract from our stay.

The owners are really helpful and friendly, comfortable accommodations, great breakfast!
