"スタッフの対応最悪"

すぐ隣にスーパーがあって良かった

お風呂場に蟻がいっぱい居た。電子レンジが使えず用意した食材が使えず買い直した。電話で問い合わせだが何もできないと。その後何も連絡無し。対応が悪すぎて旅行が台無しに。2度と利用しません。

"住了7天，第二天冷氣就壞了，傳訊息都沒有人回覆 沒有備用的垃圾袋，只有原本裝在垃圾桶的 寢具感覺沒換過，都是沙子還有霉味，床架也是壞的 冰箱的手把是壞的、廁所的免治馬桶是壞的、衛生紙只有2卷 外面有放一台洗衣機詢問能不能使用也沒人回應 一直"
