Nothing. They can do much better.

Loved the location and quirkiness of the resort. Lodges were lovely

We had booked a lodge and were upgraded so that was amazing but the high chair and crib were not in our lodge when we arrived, the hot tub was brand new so maybe teething problems and settling period but for the second day the tub did not rise above 36 degrees, we did message the it of hours number but did not get any response or help

"Super relaxing extremely overpriced at £297 a night"

very clean - lovely view of the pond

kitchen wasn’t equipped with much nothing to dry dishes, one sponge and no cleaning sprays, all the facilities were closed which was so disappointing, hot tub didn’t have a roof cover for rain so made it unusable as it was heavily raining everyday, £594 for 2 nights in a fancy caravan very overpriced especially with all the facilities being closed
