Me gustaron las habitaciones, la ubicación, y por el precio que se cobra es un buen servicio el que te ofrecen. Baño privado y publico+ servicio para estar en al terraza y buenas vistas.

Lo que recalcó como negativo es que a la hora de hacer el check in (al menos en nuestro caso) no se nos informo correctamente de como funcionaba la política de invitados para poder traer al hotel o la habitación ya sea para estar un rato o pasar la noche. En este caso sí que fue un poco negativa la experiencia por la falta de información y desconocimiento al respecto que nos hizo llevarnos una sorpresa al tener que pagar 80.000$cop por cada persona que invitas y tiene que quedar registrada y que en nuestro caso no se nos informo previamente. También recalcó como no tan positivo el tener que esperar para que te abran la puerta del hotel desde fuera y no tener un código o una llave que te permita subir y bajar independientemente del personal que esté trabajando.
