THMy kid really enjoyed at Hotel as it had large number of option which they actually enjoyed. Dining area was roomy enough for our family without feeling cramped.
BR24-hour security staff were friendly and very helpful. Further, there was Free Wi-Fi throughout property and the seating area design was both modern and romantic!

USThe room were adequate arranged which aids in attaining business goals. Work desk faced natural light which reduced eye strain. Personalized breakfast delivered on time. Free Wi-Fi supported all my needs!

The hotel facilities was very bad.
MYMYMYThis is the worst Hotel, don't stay here! The management is Bad, the manager is unresponsive and the staff especially the one Indonesian with her tudung on is extremely rude.
They have two places and cheated me to stay on the one at the ground floor and when I cross checked with the receptionist on the pictures and what I was given she said owh this room is suppose to be upstairs and we didn't have availability when I raised my voice and called booking.com she said please check yourself if the rooms are available and when I did the room was available but it was taken by the housekeeping (yes you heard me right I caught the housekeeping staying in a room I booked) when asked they said oh the rooms AC isn't working that is why they got me to stay at the staffs room which is ground floor and never cleaned properly. please check your rooms before checking in. The toilet seat has piss stains (I have checked on 3 rooms) also the rooms have cockroaches and don't drink from their water taps or filters
