Location

Very disappointing stay. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. The toilet had a strong and persistent urine smell, which made the bathroom very unpleasant to use and raised serious hygiene concerns. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained, with visible cleanliness issues and a number of defects. The electric kettle was also not clean, which is unacceptable. In addition, some amenities advertised online were missing for example, slippers were listed but not provided in the room.
