Alles Top, bis auf die nicht funktionierende Heizung. Auch, dass man uns ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer gegeben hat - ich wusste nicht, dass solche Zimmer zur Verfügung stehen, fand ich sehr aufmerksam.

Es war eiskalt und die Anlage via Display nicht steuerbar auf Heizbetrieb. Ich habe mit 4 verschiedenen Personen gesprochen mit der Bitte, das Zimmer zu beheizen. Ebenso mit dem Haustechniker, der scheinbar auch keine Lösung hatte, die Antwort "Das System ist träge.". Wir haben das Zimmer gewechselt - was geringfügig besser war. Die Quittung ist, dass wir beide Halsschmerzen und eine Erkältung mitgenommen haben. Es war offensichtlich kein Einzelfall, denn auch ein anderer Gast hat sich an der Rezeption über die Eiskälte beschwert. Dass man in so einer Situation keinen Heizungsdienst bestellt hat, ist nicht so Service-orientiert. Krank sollte man jedenfalls nicht von einem Kurzurlaub zurückkommen. Eine heißen Tee gab´s von der Dame an der Rezeption. Danke dafür.
