Essen war sehr lecker. Lage ist top direkt an der Bahn. Einkaufen (Lebensmittel) gleich um die Ecke.

Waschbecken ist praktisch im Zimmer, das stört etwas. Klima könnte nicht eingeschaltet werden.

One of the better hotels in this range. Maybe the best. breakfast excellent. Friendly staff. Small room but incredibly comfortable, excellent bed. Great experience

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Önünde tramvay hattı bulunuyor, etrafında hem yiyecek içecek hem de alış veriş imkanı çok. Oda sessiz. Duşu muhteşem ötesi. Dizaynı gayet güzel.

Oda çok karanlık. Klima yeterince ısıtmadı. Kahvaltı salonu özellikle pazar günü aşırı yoğundu. Büfede boş servis tabaklarının dolması için beklemek bir yana restorana girmek için 15 dakika sıra beklemek durumunda kaldım. Konaklamamın ikinci gününde saat 14:30 civarlarında resepsiyona odamın temizlenmesini istediğimi ve yüksek yastık istediğimi söyledim. Yastık çeşitleri yokmuş. 3 adet yastığı üst üste koyup yatmak gerçekten çok stresli ve meşakkatli idi. Neyse, hadi yastık yoktu, odayı da temizlememişlerdi. Whatsapp hattı kurmuşlar. Akşam üstü oradan yazdım, ancak ona da dönüş yapan olmadı. Akşam dışarı çıkarken, resepsiyona tekrar durumu izah ettim. En azından havluları değiştirin ve su koyun dedim. Suyu girişte ücretsiz sunduklarını ancak durumdan dolayı bir defalık koyacaklarını belirttiler. Mini bara 2 adet 250 ml. su koymuşlar ve havluları değiştirmişler. Sağ olsunlar!

Preis-Leistung war unschlagbar. Frühstück sehr gut 👍 Begeistert waren wir von der tollen Dusche. Schöne Amaturen und endlich ein Hotel in dem auch richtig der Wasserdruck anständig ist. Außerdem das erste Hotel in dem die gefüllte Minibar kostenlos war und eine Kapselkaffeemaschine bereit stand. Klasse Service 🫶

Gefallen hat uns nicht das dunkle Licht, die schwarzen Wände und die schwarze Ausstattung. Dachte wirklich das andere Gäste etwas penibel sind die das erwähnten, aber leider muss ich denen zustimmen. Ach ja und dicke Winterbetten, bei den Temperaturen und ohne Klimaanlage, war auch nicht so angenehm. Aber das ist bei dem Preis wirklich jammern auf hohem Niveau 🙈
