"Bad experience."

There were stains on the carpet just outside of our room. also in the carpet inside our room. Having stains there is really uncomfortable, if there are stains in the most visible areas of the hotel and your room, you cant really expect it to be clean and hygienic in less visible places. We had to use the stairs access as our room was closer to is, and the smell in that area of the hotel was really bad, it smelled of trash. Also, the ice machine on our floor sent ice flying everywhere, so the floor was always wet and/or with ice, so that was really dangerous. Just stayed one night, and not going back.

La cama muy cómoda, el desayuno es bueno pero deben prevenir si tienen el 100% de ocupación mantener la barra completa de alimentos.

La suite que reserve debía tener 2 televisiones, se les descompuso 1 y solo recibí una cortesía de 2 botes de nieve, creo dieron hacer un descuento a la renta de la noche.
