Clean bed Good ac No frills Quiet Sugar only breakfast Good coffee no issues easy access from interstate Dated but felt safe and guy at desk pleasant . Close to all kinds of restaurants. Could use a comfortable chair to read in . Parking easy . Slept well

It is an older building, but the owners are making improvements to make it up-to-date with nightstands with charging ports, taller toilets, and good water pressure and newer showerheads. My room was clean. I would stay here again for one night traveling through.
