Hermiston Inn & Suites

The room was clean, had a comfortable bed, a tub to relax in and most importantly they allowed pets. The price was right for what I needed.

There was no outside pet area to allow dogs to relieve themselves. That was my one critique.

Nothing

Everything no parking anywhere near the room wouldn't have been able to see my vehicle from outside the room. Lot of expensive equipment, not risking it. Was put on hold and hung up on 3 times while trying to work out a cancellation. Tried to cancel 15 minutes after getting reservation and told I would have had to cancel a day in advance so i guess I'm supposed to cancel before making the reservation????? Terrible customer service. Won't use booking.com or OYO again. On the road 10 months a year.

Takes dogs

Customer service was super nice and very helpful, beds were firm and comfy, and the price was what we expected very reasonable.

Issues with bathtub not fully draining and curtain opening during showers because the poll was coming out of the wall, but that was the only problem! I'm sure it will be better next time.

The rooms are clean and well set up. The prices are reasonable if you’re staying for a few days maybe for work purposes

There’s no room attendance like changing of beddings and towels if you’re staying for several days.
