location is great

the apartment is old, everything is old, wasn’t very clean, there were cockroaches at the freezer (I didnt know they could live in freezer, but there were 2 of them, and I saw 1 another running somewhere on the floor)

Nothing

Everything. They had no parking, you had to park in an hourly pay lot and it was 3 blocks away. With the hourly parking it would have been an extra $130. ABSOLUTELY NOT. Then the check in staff was rude and said “this is Miami during spring break”. We left and did not stay. Website never said about no parking and having to carport your luggage over 3 blocks. And it was a dumpy hole in the wall place.
