Nice pool area
Hotel rooms are nice other than the fact that hotel cleaning staff rung the doorbell to our room at 9am. It was so loud and rung multiple times we woke up in a panic thinking it was some kind of evacuation alarm. We didnt get back to our room until 4am the night before and then were abruptly woken up at 9 am and again at 10:30 am from housekeeping. We were only staying for one night so did not need housekeeping nor request it whatsoever. This was BEYOND distrustful, check out isn’t until 22pm so why were they ringing our doorbell at 9am?!! And then again at 10:30am?!! I’ve never had that happen to me at any other hotel ever. It felt like they were trying to force us out of our room so they could get it cleaned for the next guest. Extremely disrespectful.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. The well maintained outdoor smoking patios were very appreciated as were the easy access to soft drinks and coffee. It made me feel very welcome and it was an excellent compromise with the people who don't want to smell smoke in the casino. I find Vegas just tries to squeeze every penny out you in any way they can think of. I didn't feel that way at the lovely Monarch. Only problem was trying to find our way to the airport at 4:30 in the morning after our Uber guy cancelled. Thank you Val for getting us there on time!

Loved pool area clean and accessible
The rooms are very spacious and clean. The spa and pool area are excellent! There are a good selection of slot machines and table games. Consider more inhouse entertainment options (ie music, bands) and more shopping options.
There is no car service available - no access to other surrounding areas - only the chartered bus (which only runs during limited times) to/from Denver
Amazing resort with excellent rooms, great restaurants selection, wellness treatments and entertainment! Conveniently located in fast ride from Denver. We will be back again and again!
I loved it. Especially the dining at the Buffet. Didnt get to go to the pool & spa. Maybe next time. Boo! Loved the help they gave us and direction. Beautiful place. I rate it Excellent. Except I didnt think we should have to pay extra 32. A night for being closer to the elevator. Because we are seniors and handicapped. So i feel that was not justified. For an upgrade cost.
