Spectacular Apartments by BCA Furnished Apartments

Not worth the hassle of booking and all the paperwork if you aren’t staying an extended time. Also, I didn’t have hot water during my stay.

By in large this property was good. Clean and great facilities in a good location.

We had, at 11 PM one night, our fire alarm batteries, in two of the devices stop working. This meant an incessant beep. Tried to get maintenance to come fix it or for someone to tell us somewhere open to get new batteries. Called multiple times and only figured out we could shut of most of the breakers to get them to go off 4 hours later. Couldn't get anyone out there to fix it till the next morning. Their offer in compensation: a night off a stay in the future...LOL

The apartment exceeded my expectations. It was clean and spacious.

No real complaints about the location or apartment.

Its always a good visit to this location The main thing to watch out for is how you lock and unlock your apartment door (push the key in wait for it to make the noise then turn to lock or unlock), make sure you Lock it before going down to get your items out the car during check in! Fitness center is nice, pool looks great but I've never been in it.

Great location, quiet, clean

How far the trash receptacle was from the apartment and parking area. Also, I wish there was a full couch, not a loveseat and 2 chairs. Not very comfortable for relaxing.

A very spacious one bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Paper towel, Kleenex, dishwasher cubes and laundry detergent were supplied. The balcony overlooked an inner courtyard with a pool and barbeque facilities. Parking and easy access from the freeway. .3 mi walk to large grocery store. 9 min walk to transit
