Las almohadas de la cama, son súper cómodas y la ropa de cama súper rica, la cama no está dura ni muy suave, perfecta.

"Super - für Geschäftsreisen, wie privat"

Ich war nun mehrfach im Casa Santiago, immer wieder aufgrund der gut eingerichteten Zimmer, geräumiges Bad, der super Lage direkt im Centro Histórico von Querétaro sowie dem am Hotel angeschlossenen Restaurant Carola mit schöner Dachterrasse, hervorragendem Service und sehr gutem Frühstück sowie auch sehr guter Küche am Abend. Alles in allem sowohl für Geschäftsreisende als auch für Privatreisen eine sehr gute Empfehlung!

Die Böden in den Zimmern sollten etwas öfter feucht ausgewischt werden, wobei diese immer sauber, aber etwas staubig sind (Aufenthalt von mehreren Tagen, hier 7 Tage).
