We had a lovely stay. The host Chris couldn't do enough for us to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The ground floor twin room though could do with a refurb.

The host was very welcoming. Bedroom very comfortable and clean, with everything required to make a really pleasant stay. Good quiet location within walking distance to to sea front and restaurants. Breakfast good. Excellent value.

"Nice stay"

Nice stay ground floor room very quiet, large room with plenty of storage space, lacking full length mirror ( personal preference) comfy beds, breakfast menu good selection cooked fresh. Two issues raised with owner hopefully they have now been resolved, wallpaper to exterior wall needs attention.

Pros: Pleasant stay - the room was clean and quiet. Friendly host. Delicious breakfast. Cons: the only thing didn’t make it a 5star stay was the water pressure wasn’t strong enough & the water supply was a bit weak A nice stay overall 😊 thank you

We were in Llandudno for a conference, and everything was fine. We are getting on a bit and we’re pleased to have a ground floor room. On the last day we arrived early for breakfast, so as to have time to get to an early session, but it was no problem. Nothing was too much trouble.

A very nice hotel.Kris and Erin are the owners and are brilliant.Will defo be going back.Food choice excellent.Choice off menu they dont rush you.Fresh orange,apple juices every morning.Rooms clean and tidy every morn with fresh tea,coffee,milk.Plus a radio.Very ideal for peace and quiet easy walking distance into Llandudno.Every shop u can think off is there plenty off cafes.I highly recommended if you want to go somewhere weather was an absolute scorcher.Open bus guide is a must have
