This guest house is excellent hosts are so friendly and helpful Loved it was so easy to walk to anywhere 5 mins to main shopping and prom pier Breakfast was superb and room was gorgeous Would definitely stay here again

"Home from home "

Got a lovely friendly welcome from Chris who explained everything from meal time's amenities, a nice stocked bar, the rooms were clean,warm with toiletries, towels. Xmas decs up making it lovely and snug. Overall a great place to stay good location with parking I will definitely be stopping there again Thanks Chris for a lovely weekend away hope to see you soon

"Great stay"

Had a good stay, Kris and partner very accommodating. Great location with parking on site or in local roads. Bed a bit uncomfortable but room really good plenty of tea and coffee. Breakfast very nicely prepared and tasty. Would go back.

"Great location, friendly host & a comfortable stay"

This guest-house is in the perfect area with only a 5-10min walk into the centre as well as easy access to public transport. Kris was welcoming at the start and explained breakfast and things you could do. If we needed anything, he would deal with it straightaway to ensure our stay was as comfortable as ever. Ironically enough, the only time we needed to see him was at the start and at the end of our stay which shows clearly what a good stay it was and how we didn't really need him! Would recommend this charming guesthouse for a relaxing stay albeit 2 days or more!!
