Everytime a car drove along the street out front, it made a horrible noise... I'm sure you know it. That metal platform in the middle of the road is terrible. I also did not like the check-in process. I have rented many places via Booking.com and no one else needed to get all those details from me... like my license and a selfie? I thought it was a bit overkill. The small fry pan is too handle heavy so it kept falling over while cooking just an egg.

The room was small but cozy, and the location was nice, not far from restaurants and stores.

The customer service was extremely poor, with a lack of personal attention and flexibility. Before I made the booking, I inquired about the possibility of an early check-in. While hotels are usually more accommodating in this regard, I wanted to ensure this option before confirming my reservation. They informed me that I would need to pay an additional $40 for early check-in, to which I agreed, and I proceeded with the booking. During the verification process, the manager called me, and I once again reiterated my need for an early check-in. He assured me that my card would be charged for early check-in after the verification process. Suddenly, I realized that I couldn't arrive earlier because the room was occupied, making it impossible. As a result, I found myself on the street from 10 am to 4 pm. Nobody cared about my request, offered any discount, or provided a solution to resolve the problem. I was extremely frustrated and upset. Despite the numerous instructions and charges, when an unexpected situation arose, I was left to deal with it on my own, even though I had informed them twice about my early check-in request.

The room was spacious, with all amenities for a longer stay. The bed was comfortable. The weekly cleaning service was a nice perk.

The AC was noisy and outdated. I wasn’t offered guest parking passes for visitors.
