Location was great

Great location centrally in Aldeburgh. Easy to walk everywhere. Good facilities and enough beds to accommodate six friends.

Clean and high quality finish throughout. Fabulous location too.

Nothing to fault whatsoever.

Great location, and the house was very spacious. Comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. Nice to have an open fire, and I'm sure the patio is lovely in the summer!

We were initially given the wrong key code (twice) which was not a great start. Once we were in it was fine, although if there is going to be, for example, a Nespresso machine, provide some pods!

The location was excellent, a short walk to the sea. The house was comfortable and spacious for 6 adults.

Several lights/lamps would not turn on. The glassware is stained by dishwasher use and should be replaced.

The property is in an excellent position, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, there was parking outside. The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped. The courtyard garden was unloved and the patio furniture was dirty. The flowerpots outside the front door were full of weeds, why bother to leave them there if you are not going to spend a few pounds on plants. With a bit more care this could be a lovely home from home.

Super-spacious property and really well equipped in terms of kitchen items, washer/dryer etc...and super warm as well.

Some minor cleaning issues (very stained and clearly old pillows when we stripped the bedding as requested before departure) in terms of finger prints over kitchen cupboards and internal doors.
