Dolphin Beach E5

Place was filthy, spoilt my whole stay. No plug in kitchen sink, no dish towels, dishwasher shocks you, nobody to meet us with keys, beds not made on arrival, dirty linnen in cupboards. They spray sewage water on the gardens and paving around unit early morning and evening which stinks. Spider webs everywhere and WE had to pay a cleaning fee before we arrived. They sent cleaners the next day who were asking us what to clean, they said they would do a free clean on Staurday, we got a message they would be there at 9h00 9h45 still had not arrived, so we left to go try enjoy our holiday. Maintenance man kept phoning to see when we will be in so he could fix the dishwasher. Are they really expecting me to pay all that money and sit and wait for people to fix things on my HOLIDAY!!!! I want my cleaning fee back. That please will never see me again.

Location is amazing, the beach is on your doorstep. Good size bedrooms and beds. modern bathrooms, both with shower and bath tub. guest toilet downstairs . lovely space. Quiet, peaceful atmosphere.

No cleaning service included, had to pay extra for a few days. I didn’t realize I paid for a quick hour hotel -like cleaning service with no towel & bedding change until day8, which is unacceptable. Had to wash towels in the provided machine but no washing agents provided, we had to go buy. This information should be listed clearly in the advertisement so guests are prepared. one toilet roll per toilet provided for 8night stay. No hand wash and lotion provided in bathrooms, we had to buy our own . No food containers for leftovers provided.
