Royal Cottage Private Villa

The villa is really beautiful and clean, and the pool is also clean. What I liked most is that this villa has two swimming pools: one for adults and one for children. I really recommend this villa for a vacation with family or friends. The staff also lit anti-mosquito every evening.

I like almost everything, but a cutting board would be better. Also, the shower doesn't have strong pressure. Otherwise, everything is perfect 👌

Like most places in bali, lots of constructions in the surrounding area and occasional noises from odd drivers. Mosquitos regardless of protections (mosquito nets and zappers and incense provided) but that's part of being in the country and they don't itch much after a few minutes anyway

Everything was exceptional - beautifully decor and landscape Staff were great - breakfast amazing and Oscar drove us into town and picked us up for good rate Local grocery shop right out front and restaurants / coffee within metres of gate

Only small issue A couple of high steps - one at front gate and access to first rooms was difficult with bad knee Also had trouble getting into pool as first step was quite deep. Young people had no problems.

The property exceeds expectations-the photos do not do the justice it deserves. It is beautiful, spacious, clean and well maintained. A great find just outside the bustle of Ubud centre

Amazing stay, staff were super helpful and accommodating!

We booked whole villa for ourselves and we enjoyed it very much. We were welcomed by friendly staffs and led to an amazing stay. The villa is greenery yet clean and peaceful. There is construction besides but it wouldn't bother us having fun and enjoying the pool session. I was amazed by the open air shower which is relaxing with the natural sound. Breakfast will be provided daily.

Quite alot of mosquitoes despite with the mosquito repellants and the nets.

Close to local restaurants and small grocery stores. Beautiful rooms, lovely, attentive and responsive staff. Breakfast was tasty and it was lovely to see them each morning.

Clean and sooo nice accommodation, had everything our group wanted. Better than in the pictures. Grocery store and restaurant right next door. Good breakfast and nice contact person.

I was so pleased with the property, it did not disappoint from the photos. it accommodated the group well. Every villa has ensuite facilities and the living space with TV was a nice social hub for my family, whilst you could escape to your villa for privacy. Excellent location. Calm and away from the bustle, yet close enough to the shopping centre, literally a 5-minute taxi or less than 30 minutes walk for the brave. Shops, restaurants and laundry are close by; superb! The property is beautifully designed and built. The outside shower is a nice touch. The landscaping, pool, outside kitchen; everything was beautiful. Help was close by, yet we had full privacy. The staff was fully accommodating and communicative. Lots of options for breakfast.
