Very friendly hosts of an amazing guest house in a great location. Not far from the beach, the pier's, the town centre, and a reasonably priced long stay car park behind it. The room was comfortable and the breakfast plentiful, just what was wanted. Thank you Sheila and Phil for a wonderful stay.

The owners are lovely, comfy bed very clean and large room, breakfast was good

Parking is a bit of s down side but not a deal breaker, we managed to park but it was a Bank Holiday weekend which did not help.

It was a very small property with only 4 bedrooms

Nothing my two day stay was great and both Sheila and Phil were brilliant
