Variety of foods was outstanding!

I had to go to the front desk to ask why there was no hot water. I was informed that I had to let it run for awhile. I did for 10 minutes and it finally came on. Fixtures were not properly sealed.

The property is conveniently located near the airport, which was the primary reason we booked it. After an exhausting 26-hour journey, we chose Plaza Monte Carlo to get some rest and comfort before the next leg of our trip. Although the room we were assigned appeared smaller than shown in the photos, it did match what had been advertised. However, it had an air-conditioning duct running through the walls, making it unbearably noisy. We reported the issue, and while the receptionist did his best to find an alternative room, none were available as the hotel was fully booked and other guests were also experiencing issues. We later discovered there was no hot water. This was reported twice but was never resolved. At 2 a.m., we were woken again by the air-conditioning system, which cycled on and off extremely loudly until 5 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. In the morning, we requested a refund, which was denied. Instead, we were offered a voucher for a future stay, which we declined, as we have no intention of returning to a hotel that charges premium rates for what is ultimately a very substandard setup.

-Breakfast: While it may be more generous than what some hotels offer, the overall quality is very poor. think low-grade ham, cheap bread, and basic jam and cereal amongst the other stuff offered -Beds: The beds were uncomfortable; all three mattresses in our room were noticeably sagging. -Room quality: The room was poorly finished, with melamine furniture, rattling doors and sloppy paint job. Normally this wouldn’t be a major issue, but it is disappointing given the price we paid.
