The alarm no let me sleep all night i need wake up early but the noise no let me sleeping at night

Clean, easily accessible from the airport

Even when paying for breakfast you get one free breakfast, not even for everyone in the room

Guy at the front desk was pleasant.

Too many people in the restaurant.

The bed was nice, there were a dozen pillows and all of them were too soft.

I paid 10 dollars to park, then had to park 1/4 of a mile away on a street not owned by the hotel. I waited 40 minutes to be served for breakfast. The food came out before drinks. Or silverware. Or salt and pepper. The room I got was not the room I booked and there was no explanation given as to why I had two queen beds instead of a single king. I was told a manager would reach out to me about my concerns but they never did.

Breakfast wasn’t free so we didn’t eat. Late night because of late flight, didnt get to use shuttle which was main reason we picked this hotel. We stayed night before flight and when we returned we stayed another night, flight was delayed so it was very late. We paid for shuttle and didn’t use it. Nights were expensive on top of vacation.
