The staff were very nice, helpful and welcoming.

The beds were VERY uncomfortable. Both my cousin and I felt like we were sleeping on metal framings.

"Planes and a Great Bartender!"

So convenient to the airport and the amenities. Jr the bare tender was AMAZING! The ladies that worked at the front desk were so sweet and always so helpful.

The older gentleman that worked the front for really frustrated when it became busy. He was a bit aggressive for my taste.

The location was perfect.

Request were not met for towels. There were no towels available when needed. Our Request to have room cleaned were not met. The Shower was filthy. The staff was rude and not helpful. Dirty towels were left by check in where we could see. This hotel could not meet accommodating all their guests.
