My sleep was disturbed early morning due to entry of a Bat (night bird). Quite disturbing experience.

"A very good hotel which would be even greater if its access route from the city could be made more convenient and safe."

It is clean, rooms are spacious and staff are polite. The food spread, particularly of the South Indian variety, is very good and tasty.

Its location. Though it is on a highway and relatively close to the airport, it is at some distance from the city. The distance from the city is compounded by the lack of an access point from the opposite side of the road that leads from the city to the hotel, forcing drivers to drive an extra 3 kms a side to a u-turn for the road to the hotel. Our driver, who was otherwise safety conscious, drove 200 meters, rather gingerly, in the opposite direction every time he drove back from the city, to access the hotel.

"Rude fronk desk people"

Well maintained

Front desk staff they are very rude not understanding at all as I stayed here for 3 days and check out time according to them is 12:30 so I asked them to stretch for just half n hour but they are very rude and they said no and as I booked this hotel for 2 days earlier and then I booked for one more day. because I have some work and then next day around 12 front desk people called me and said come down and pay for another 2 days and the thing is I already asked then day before that if they want me to pay right now I will . They unnecessary disturbed me .only breakfast staff is okay
