Cypress Bayou Casino Hotel

That it was very clean and I even got to check out at 12 instead of the usual 10 or 11 A.M. like at most hotels.

No smoking. Only because it's getting really cold out.

Staff were exceptional. They were kind, professional and very helpful.

Water pressure always low and no Kleenex in the room.

The location was perfect. It was in close proximity to Franklin. Security was onsite. Parking lot had ample lighting. The breakfast was delicious. They had a huge selection of breakfast foods, waffles, sausages, etc.

The bathrooms needed a more detailed cleaning. The shower has mold and was a little dated. Kids are not allowed in the hotel portion.

I would say the contemporary breakfast but I happened to grab a yogurt and that was outdated

I had to switch rooms when we checked in the bathroom wasn't cleaned. It was a thick coat of dust on the bottom of the headboard the air conditioner was loud so you couldn't rest good

It was very clean and comfortable

Thought they had a pool, that would have beennnice.

The hotel was good until the last night in which their was a big roach and I am scared of roaches. The breakfast was awesome the best.

But the casino food all the restaurant except marbels it wasn't open was nasty especially that Mexican restaurant they should close down
