Everything. Levi front desk said my reservation wasn't found. Room wasn't as described in the booking.com app,. No towels in room at check in. Finished job early and had to check out early and they refused to refund the other two days id paid for. Drugs being sold everywhere on property and done. I would not recommend this place at all poorly ran . I will be calling cooperate on this place.

Well they got my reservation wrong. Didn't apologize and you went so far as to blame me. The older woman and the younger man, Levi they seem to be cut from the same class as far as bad attitudes. She told me to come back at 2:30 and when I did and she was conveniently in a meeting leaving me with Levi who was obviously cold that I would be stopping by to ask about the room mistake. When I addressed him about his attitude he said I'm only giving you attitude because you're giving me attitude. Winning customer service there.. They have a kitchenette there but no pots pans silver or anything else. Also there was no toilet paper and the very first night my colleague had to use dunkin' donut napkins until he had an opportunity to go and buy toilet paper. And of course there was the young man who seemed to be on the stairs every morning smoking a joint or is he put it wake and bake. There seem to be a lot of people who are using the hotel as a permanent home I haven't had an opportunity to speak with a couple who said it was their home. The day I was checking out one man even asked or are you moving out as though we're in the hotel but a residence apartment. Also the front desk when he seems to be open from 11:00 to 7:00 according to the plaque on the wall but not actuality somewhere around 2:00 to whenever I don't know but they're less there than there.

The customer service

When I booked my room with booking.com I only said 14days and they charged me 289.50 so when I arrived to the hotel the told me I still had to pay 318 to even stay and that’s all I had was the 289 and I never got my money back in my card nobody have gotten in touch with me about my money
