The room is nothing like the pictures, the room stank of smoke, was no proper window to open for fresh air, the location was rather dodgy, rooms not cleaned at all.

Good location, just a bus ride away from town. Bus only costs 5000vnd to get to Ben Thanh market. Cheaper than grab. There were good eateries around. The room had a table and sofa for our family of 4 which was good.

There were cobwebs on the room and bathroom cleanliness wasn't the best. But overall was good enough for our short stay in hochiminh
