Dobra lokalizacja, świetna restauracja na tarasie.

Perfect location on the seafront and practically on the beach. Decent breakfast.

Pool was freezing! Heating it would be a lovely bonus for guests. Would be nice to have free water in the room. Breakfast chef was moody but funny!

- beautiful breakfast restaurant with magnificent view. Nice food selection (except for bread, which was very poor) - big, comfortable rooms and bathroom - on site bar, pool, fitness Center, spa (but did not use, so can not judge) - just in front of the sea (but check things to improve)

- there is a ridiculous policy that you can not bring drinks or food from the outside. This is the first time in my life I encounter this policy and I find it very disappointing and unfair. The reception even monitors people as they get into the hotel for this. - our room had a very partial view of the sea, not really worth to seat on the balcony which we were looking forward to - there is private parking, but it is very small! I can not imagine the fights to get in and out during high season - I guess during summer season is different, but middle may there was no beach seating provided by the hotel (not terrible, but good to know)

Hotellet ligger i god afstand både til byen og togstationen. Pool området lå dejligt i læ.

Morgenmaden var ret kedelig og der var ikke super god service i poolbaren

Aucun acoustique ? Réveillés tous les matins à 5h30 ! Notre chambre était au 3eme sous la salle de restaurant/Breakfast. Le bruit du déplacement des chaises était incessant ! Catastrophique ! C'est dommage pour un 5 étoiles

the room is spacious, clean and tidy, as is the bathroom. the maid makes daily rounds. the choice for breakfast is not too big, but it is enough

the room we booked is with a garden view. however, ours was more overlooking the parking lot. although it was stated that the room had a parking space, there were not enough of them. besides, it is an unmarked grassy area, so everyone can park as they wish. if you come later in the evening, you won't find a free place

pros!! Location is Very good 👍 Cleanliness very clean 👍 Staff very friendly and helpful. We were b&b only, breakfast was ok for me, but many others didn't like selection. Room very comfortable and good views . Cons!! We were in room 328 below Restaurant it gets very noisy from 5 am onwards with staff dragging furniture about while setting up breakfast. The same in the night until midnight making it very hard to get a decent sleep. No kettle in room and the fridge in the room is not for personal use. You only use what the hotel supplies at very inflated prices. There is a warning sheet in the room that you may not purchase food and bring it to the room. We were warned by staff when they saw me with bag from supermarket, that the manager is watching on CCTV camera. I had bottles of water and snacks to eat on balcony, also to take medication. We were shocked on our first night in cefalu sea palace. We arrived late evening at 9.45 and went to the basement bar. My wife and I had a ham sandwich each and a cup of coffee and glass of lager, total £37.80 euro. These extortionate prices make people go elsewhere for the evening. We would have spent more time in the bar if prices were appropriate with other neighbours. Otherwise the hotel was wonderful 👍

Bed and bedding awful, hard to sleep. Hotel and pool area soulless, drinks far too expensive, hardly anybody bought drinks, food not up to standard that hotel pretends to be
