Bonne localisation de l hôtel. Surpris et déçu par le niveau d entretien général des couloirs et de ma chambre. Les murs de mes wc avaient des taches ….qui se retiraient en frottant .

Overall, my stay was great. Good breakfast and relaxing. The only complaint is the shower area had mold that was not possible to be cleaned around the edged where the glass meets the floor.

Hotel caiu MUITO de qualidade, os móveis estão claramente sem manutenção e com aparência de velhos. Os telefones não atendem… liguei diversas vezes (antes de fechar a reserva) sem sucesso. Outro ponto de atenção: pedi um simples garfo e precisei descer para buscar no restaurante, mediante assinatura de um termo de responsabilidade… era muito mais simples alguém levar até o quarto e eu assinar o tal papel. Os atendentes não tem simpatia ou proatividade… claramente trabalham sem interesse. É um atendimento de hotel zero estrelas, móveis de 2 estrelas e preço de 4 estrelas.

"Not impressed by the service "

Reception area was very unhelpful. No one spoke English. I have stayed at other Novotel in other non English speaking countries— not a problem. Here in Belo was a problem. Not enough towels and towels were not very good. Hotel needs to replace them with new ones. Breakfast was good. NOT STAYING AT THIS NOVOTEL AGAIN.

Hotel ok, cafe da manhã bom, quarto bom. Mas a camareira entrou no nosso quarto as 8:50 da manhã para limpar o quarto (ainda bem que estavamos dormindo) e recepcionista foi rude ao dizer que nossa chave foi desativada automaticamente porque ela faz isso ao meio dia no dia do chdck - out (e ela desativou as 11:45h).
