"Recepcionista despreparada e mal educada"

Otima localização. Conforto. Quartos amplos. Houve um desconforto em relação a recepção no check in. Funcionaria extremamente despreparada e mal educada. Não facilitou em nada o check in. E além de não permitir entrar antes do horário. Cedeu as chaves com atraso de 40 min e ainda entregou um quarto sujo. E somente após descer com a camareira houve a troca do quarto. Não deu nenhuma explicação sobre o funcionamento do hotel e tampouco se desculpou. Apos reclamação com o funcionário Gilvan foi explicado o funcionamento dos horários do hotel. Sugiro treinamento a este tipo de funcionário pois mancha a imagem da empresa.

Excelente. Hotel com instalações bem novinhas, roupas de cama e banho de excelente qualidade. Café da manhã muito variado. Localizado próximo a vários estabelecimentos de alimentação e lazer, além do shopping pátio Savassi a poucos minutos a pé .
