Authentically Japanese! We loved the cleanliness, the breakfast that was included and the cleanliness. We loved the fact that we took off our shoes upon entry & the smell of the hotel when you first walk in. Beautiful and cute place to stay. Staff was very helpful & friendly!

Staff was very friendly and nice. The hotel is definitely designed to churn through hundreds of people a day. There is no lounge area to have a coffee or relax outside of your room. Breakfast is 100% not worth the charge. I just skipped after having it once even though I paid for it. The free noodles are cup noodle quality. Not enough massage chairs and the floors in elevators were dirty even though we have to be shoe less. The room was very basic and the mini fridge didn’t get cold.

This hotel is definitely different from others where you need to lock your shoes before entering the hotel through the lobby area. Staff were very nice and professional. The room we stayed at was big compared to the other hotels, consisting of a living room and a separate room for a queen size bed. This is a family friendly hotel, therefore there were foreign families with kids that would be talking loudly. Even playing around in the onsen area where it should be quiet. Overall stay was nice. Would recommend to friends for sure.

The amenities make this stay so worth it, the onsen was absolutely amazing and the location was perfect, around a 7 min walk from Kyoto station. There are many restaurants around too. The only inconvenience was that some other guests with children were being very loud in the onsen which made it a little uncomfortable, other than that, it was great. Room is very spacious too.

Lovely hotel to stay at. Food is good, but could use more day-to-day variety. Amenities are what make the place, and the concept is lovely. Would recommend for people who like onsen, and a friendly environment.

The hotel was amazing. The breakfast was delicious with so many varieties of food. The onsen was beautiful and peaceful. The hotel was spotless and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I feel like it was a traditional Japanese experience staying there
