I really liked the extremely polite, friendly, helpful, and professional staff. My partner and I were treated very, very well during our stay. The staff were very attentive and extremely pleasant at all times :-)

I think the temperature of the water in the swimming pool should be warmer. One very minor complaint is very rarely was a spare toilet roll left in the room after cleaning. I had to request one quite often.
