"Disappointed we had to wait as long to get checked in"

The location

We went to check in at 2.45pm the reception told us the rooms were not ready which was a lie. They eventually told us there were problems with their computer system as they were down and they only had one computer working. We had to queue for nearly 1 and a half hours to get checked in which was an absolute disgrace. Can you contact the hotel for me to ask if we will be getting any compensation for the inconvenience caused

"Can't get any closer to the OVO!"

This hotel is literally a few steps from the main entrance of the OVO. Comfy big bed.

Good choice for breakfast.

I had to request more teabags and milk on two separate occasions as they were not adequately replenished. No biscuits provided after first day unless requested. There was an electricity outage during breakfast but guests were not allowed extra time to compensate. The website advertised a walkway from the car park but this was shut and staff informed us it had been closed for some time and likely to stay closed for six more months.

"Would consider staying again for its location and room size"

The location was great, I like that it's near the river, and a 10-minute walk back up to a street of restaurants, LIDL and shops. The king size bed is great for two people. The size of the room was good It was quite quiet The lighting in the room is good

The carpet feels slightly dirty
