Quick and easy check in. Asked for a room high up but unfortunately no view. The rooms were lovely and quiet so we got a good nights sleep

Asked for a view but were put in a room facing the city. Everything else was really high standard

"Very pleasant despite the hick-ups."

It was very clean, the bathroom was lovely with a separate tub overlooking the river.

We changed rooms because a) the lights in the bedroom wouldn’t turn off, and B) it was quite noisy because of the bar down below. Having said that, the staff manager was exceptionally helpful and apologetic, she gave us a free breakfast upgrade, moved us to another room, which was very nice and also gave us a free upgrade next time we decide to stay.
